We are an independent research & evaluation firm, specializing in program evaluation to help improve organizational performance. Since 1987, we have evaluated over 1,000 programs across the United States and abroad. Our home office is in Accord, New York (90 minutes north of New York City), with satellite offices in Cincinnati, Portland, and Sacramento.
We offer a variety of evaluation services to programs, organizations, and foundations. We have both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in our repertoire of skills and believe that each is useful under various circumstances. We are one of the few full service evaluation firms that employs a permanent staff of evaluators, analysts, and support personnel.
Working on your project
Philliber has a standing staff of approximately 20 employees, a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, program evaluators, data analysts and support staff. Each of our evaluation projects is supervised by a senior staff member with a Ph.D.-level degree. Our senior evaluators have doctoral degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Communication, and Social Work.
