Clean Energy, Literacy, and Leadership (CELL) Project at UC Berkeley's Lawrence Hall of Science engages high school youth from under-served urban communities in the San Francisco Bay Area in science and technology related to clean energy through after school and classroom interventions. The 3-year study explores changes in students' attitudes toward science, their content knowledge related to clean energy science, their information and computer technology skill acquisition, and their knowledge of clean energy careers.
