Evaluation - REACH Charter School
REACH Charter School served elementary school students, targeting those with special needs. One in five students had diagnosed learning disabilities and a third had at least one special need. Instead of grouping students by grades, higher performing students in a lower grade were in classes with lower performing students from a higher grade. This placed higher performing students in a more challenging environment while lower performing students were in classes where they could continue to learn. Philliber tracked achievement of students.
