Evaluation - South Carolina Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy
South Carolina Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, through funding from OAH, will offer capacity building assistance to 16 youth-serving organizations located throughout South Carolina that currently provide programs and services to youth in juvenile justice or foster care but do not have capacity to deliver evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) programs. Each organization will develop a HIV/STD/TPP Plan that includes implementation of evidence-based TPP programs with fidelity, referrals to quality teen-friendly healthcare services, and educational offerings for parents and caregivers. Over the course of the project, four cohorts consisting of four youth-serving organizations (16 organizations total) will receive 15 months of intensive CBA. Over the course of the project, the South Carolina Campaign plans to reach over 3,380 youth ages 13-19 in juvenile detention or foster care.
