Evaluation - The Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative (IMRI)

The Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative (IMRI) was established by the New York City Council to promote women's health before, during, and after pregnancy and to reduce infant mortality and racial/ethnic disparities in these areas.  The core interventions - outreach and referrals, workshops, and case management - are delivered by community-based organizations in each borough. Philliber Research and Evaluation is documenting the ability of the Initiative to connect women with services and the outcomes that are being achieved. Data is sent to us on a regular basis to be entered into a database and analyzed.
