Evaluation - The Minority AIDS Initiative for Ryan White CARE Act Title I Funded Programs in New York City
The Minority AIDS Initiative for Ryan White CARE Act Title I Funded Programs in New York City supported 20 grantees in New York City who provided treatment education, treatment adherence services, and/or transitional housing and supportive services for special populations or released prisoners. Philliber conducted a process and outcome evaluation for each of these grantees. Each grantee received a semi-annual report describing the clients they were serving, their treatment adherence, their health, and changes in treatment adherence and health over time. Comprehensive reports were also produced combining data from the separate grantees. These data provided a broad picture of the status and progress of clients served by the Initiative, as well as an opportunity to explore other issues.
