Lou Mortillaro joined Philliber Research & Evaluation in 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and a Master of Arts degree in Sociology both from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz. His experience at Philliber is diverse and includes a variety of tasks related to the evaluation of projects involving teen parents, teen pregnancy, home visitors, and youth with physical and cognitive disabilities. Lou’s responsibilities include creating data collection instruments, conducting data collection at various program sites nationwide, as well as data analyses and creating reports and presentations.
